Overpriced like all vets, but great care. The girls at the front will try to upsell you, and look at you like how could you not want to spend a fortune on your little beloved pet, but they are thorough and polite. The doc is a great guy and the techs are knowledgeable. It never smells funny and the whole office is very clean. I juat wish there padding on the waiting room seats if im about to give up my paycheck.

I am military and was on leave to Ohio, and my puppy became very sick. I called multiple vets in the area and the wouldn't even give me an appointment, except for Ottawa vet clinic. the busy clinic made time to see him. I couldn't be more thankful of all of the staff.
