The employees are friendly without being intrusive. You can get a glass of wine. The salad bar is always fresh.
Its ok but i prefer going to the findlay pizza hut they have better service towards the dinners
Unfortunately, we have stopped going to the Ottawa location because the service is so poor. The past three times we went here it was well over 1 hour and 45 minutes BEFORE pizza. If the pizza is wrong, don't tell them; the cook will literally come out and berate you for his mistake. That only happened once, but it was very unprofessional. Two stars, because the food is really good...even when it wasn't what was ordered. But, service has always been abhorrent, and I can't believe nothing has ever been done to show the wait staff learn to attend their tables more often.
